At present there are just over 4,40,000 doctors in active clinical practice in India. MIMS with its extensive reach goes to over 90 % of these doctors. With such a wide circulation it is impossible that every doctor get every issue but at the same time no doctor can be ignored be it in the urban or rural area. Keeping this in mind a method of rotational circulation was devised where different regions are covered every month in an effort to cover the entire nation annually. This ensures that over 390, 000 doctors in India recieve an issue of MIMS at least on an annual basis.
